MEDIA CENTRE

CEL-NET was launched on 21st October 2002 in New Delhi. The inaugural event was held on the premises of The Indian Society of International Law.

The theme of the conference was Climate Change and Environmental Leadership: Legal and Policy Issues before the UN Climate Summit in India.
