CEL- NET to Cities (C-2-C)  is a special project envisaged to foster civic leadership by cities in addressing climate change and environmental concerns.

The pilot project will include several initiatives by CEL- NET in the three Indian cities of Bangalore, Chennai and Visakhapatnam. As these three vibrant Indian cities are poised to grow rapidly, we believe that there is a scope to learn from the best practices available in some of the ‘green and sustainable cities’ of the world.

Accordingly, CEL- NET will seek partnerships with appropriate entities in the cities of Sydney, Rotterdam and Vancouver.
